The situation
A multi-department clinic needed a public presence that matched the standard of care inside the building. Patients arriving from search had to find a service, understand it, see who performs it and get in touch, without ringing up first to ask whether the clinic even offers it.

Details that mattered
Structured the way patients search
Content is modelled as departments, services and specialists rather than a pile of pages, so every service gets its own indexable page answering the exact thing a patient typed in.
Kept current in-house
Adding a specialist or a service is a form in the admin. The clinic never gets invoiced for a content change, and the site does not slowly go stale.
Fast on a weak connection
Server-rendered pages and optimised assets. It loads quickly on a phone in a waiting room, which is where most of this traffic actually is.
